esolution Dubai completes a two new Precast concrete buildings design includes cast at site parts of the structures, the structures are four buildings connected with a bridge in every floor allows for movement between different buildings.
The structures are five floors and fully precast concrete building except the foundations that are designed as strip foundation casted at site, the precast concrete benefits allowed the project to be casted in the factory during casting of foundation and the project completed in eight months
Esolution completed the design of the four building in one week design cycle and shop drawings produced in one months based on the casting program of the precast concrete elements, all coordination has been made into one BIM model for precast project allowed faster and no rework production of the shop drawings for the elements
All connections and elements been calculated using latest American standard for the design of precast buildings along with PCI handbook, integrity requirements been checked by esolution and completed, approved from the owner and consultant
